Payment of Goods
On Belodore webshop, the following payment methods are available:
- cash
- payment slip/e-banking
- credit or debit card
Available payment methods and description of the payment process
Product payment on our internet store can be done in one of the following ways: payment cards - VISA, Maestro, or MasterCard that support payment over the Internet. Card payment is available thanks to cooperation with AllSecure Ltd and NLB Bank and is done in a safe and certified manner via AllSecure Payment Gateway, simply by entering payment card data. After card data is entered and payment confirmation is done, the bank authorizes the transaction, thus authorizing the order and entering into the further process of preparing for delivery. The amount will be reserved on your card (account) and will not be available for another purpose. The transaction will be completed and the amount removed from your account only after the products have been prepared for transport and handed over to the courier service. In case the payment is not completed, or the amount is not removed from the account within 14 days after your order is accepted, that order will be canceled and deleted. After the 14-day deadline, the money reserved on your account is released and will be available again. You can then repeat the same or new order and make a payment related to them. Check with the bank that issued the card whether your card supports payment over the Internet.
Conversion Statement
All payments will be made in euros ( €). If the payment is made by payment cards of foreign Issuers Banks, the transaction amount will be converted to the local currency of the cardholder, according to the Visa/Mastercard card exchange rate.
Applied standards and processes in data protection when card payments
When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted through the public network in a protected (encrypted) form using SSL protocols, using the latest methods of tokenization of sensitive data, and in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. At no time is the payment card data available to the seller. 3D Secure protection for all merchants and customers - AllSecure Payment Gateway uses the highest global data protection and privacy standards. All sellers who use the AllSecure Payment Gateway are automatically included in 3D-Secure protection, which guarantees the safety of purchases to customers. Customer payment card numbers are not stored on the merchant system and very entering is protected by SSL data encryption. PCI DSS Standards - AllSecure Payment Gateway continuously aligns with all requirements of card organizations in order to increase the level of security of sellers and customers. From 2005 up to now without interruption, the system is certified as PCI-DSS Level 1, which is the highest standard in the industry. PCI Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) is the norm that defines the necessary security measures when processing, saving, and transmitting sensitive card data. PCI Standards protect sensitive card user data throughout the payment process: from the moment of entering data at the seller's point of sale, during communications between merchants and relevant banks and card organizations, and later saving that data.
Cash Payment Method (CASH ON DELIVERY)
After confirming the order, the goods will be sent to you by courier service, and you will pay the courier upon delivery. For orders over EUR 50.00, Belodore provides you with free delivery on the territory of entire Montenegro. If the order value is less than or equal to EUR 50.00, the shipping price is EUR 4.00 + VAT.
Payment Slip
The payment slip method means that you can pay your order via direct payment in any post office or a bank. You will receive the detailed information that needs to be stated on the payment slip via email immediately after the confirmation of the order by our support service. After recording your payment, the product will be shipped to the selected delivery address.
Electronic payment
An electronic payment method means that you can pay your order via an e-banking app. You will receive the detailed information that needs to be stated on the payment slip via email immediately after the confirmation of the order by our support service. After recording your payment, the product will be shipped to the selected delivery address.
Credit or Debit Card Payments
Credit or debit card payments mean you can pay your order using a credit or debit card that supports payment over the Internet. Check with the bank that issued the card to see if your card supports payment via the Internet. Upon recording your payment, the goods will be sent to the selected shipping address.
Refunds
In the case of returning ordered products or refunds to the customer who previously paid the order using a payment card, partially or completely, and regardless of the reason for the return, Belodore is obliged to make a refund only via visa, EC/MC, and Maestro payment methods. The selected bank will make a refund at the request of the seller at the expense of the cardholder.
